Steven Morris

President & CEO

Steven Morris is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Florida. He has been in the real estate industry since 1978 and has over 10,000 transactions experience in all aspects of real estate including residential, residential income, commercial investment, mortgage banking, settlement services and corporate relocation. Steven is also a published author. His works include, “What Now? The Real Estate Salesperson’s Guideline Book”, “The Real Estate Sales Success System”, “The Real Estate Company Success System” and numerous articles and columns. Steven has said “No one in Morris Williams Realty is excluded from contacting me personally for any reason. No matter how large Morris Williams Realty gets as long as I am President and CEO of the company.”

Vesda Williams

Senior Vice President,  COO

Managing Director – Florida

Vesda Williams is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and has over 20 years experience in residential and commercial development, residential, resort sales and sales management. She is a Realtor CIPS, Certified International  Property Specialist and in charge of Morris Williams Corporation’s operations, CRM, ARM, foreclosure and short sale advisory departments.

Mike Gray

Vice President

California

Mike Gray has 12 years of experience in  real estate and real estate sales management. Prior to joining Morris Williams executive staff,  Mr. Gray worked in a sales and marketing leadership role as Sales Manager for a major Northern California real estate firm.  He is a consummate entrepreneur and leader.  Mr. Gray also is the host of a weekly radio show in the Sacramento California market on KFIA 730 AM

Kert Cobbins

Vice President

Managing Broker – Texas

Kert Cobbins has been a real esate professional since 2001.  He holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers License and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.  Having been a real estate salesperson with Century 21 and RE/MAX he most recently was the Broker / Owner of Invest America Real Estate Group.  His real estate experience and real estate sales management experience is broad and also includes mortgage lending.

David Williams

Vice President

David Williams has a real estate broker’s license in Florida and Texas, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida Burnett Honors College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business as an Entrepreneurial Scholar of Distinction with specializations in marketing and entrepreneurship. David has extensive experience in real estate sales having helped many buyers and sellers to buy their first homes, relocate, acquire rental properties. David has overseen numerous transactions in Florida, Texas and California to ensure compliance and accuracy for our Associate’s transactions.
